Hosting
Take hosting according to you requirements like just for blogging go for starter one, if needed you can upgrade your hosting plan per your requirements.go for hostinger.com or godaddy.com for hosting.
Install WordPress
Install WordPress to your domain name. Define admin username and password. Once installed login to admin panel. Use theme like astra which is multipurpose theme.
